Victoria Adams Phipps

Victoria Adams Phipps is the Executive Producer of New Orleans Entrepreneur Week (NOEW), an 8-day festival celebrating innovation and entrepreneurship, produced by The Idea Village, a non-profit organization with the mission to identify, support, and retain entrepreneurial talent in New Orleans. She is responsible for the strategy and execution of NOEW. By working with organizations and individuals such as Google, Walter Isaacson, Drew Brees and the Brees Dream Foundation, Soledad O’Brien, and, she has delivered resources to over 10,000 attendees through a suite of programs worth over $1MM. Prior to her work at The Idea Village, Victoria worked in the music industry, specializing in brand management at Ultimate Records, Slip N’ Slide Records, The Recording Academy, and Tipitina’s. Victoria is a native of Miami, Florida and a graduate of Loyola University-New Orleans’ Music Industry Studies program. She is a board member and current Events Committee Co-Chair of Committee for a Better New Orleans (CBNO), a member of the Junior League of New Orleans, and a member of the Contemporary Arts Center’s Audience Advisory Committee. She currently resides in Mid-City with her husband, Charles.
